Braised Yellow Croaker

The fresh blush of yellow croaker shines brightly.

Open the belly of the fish and remove the intestine float.

Wipe off the moisture with kitchen paper.

Cut a few diagonally for easy tasting.

Slice ginger and smash garlic.

Sauce: 2 tablespoons of green sauce, 2 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Make fish oil more than cooking oil.

4. Soy green and steamed fish soy sauce are enough for seasoning, no need to add salt.
