Braised Yellow Croaker in Puning Bean Sauce

Wash the yellow croaker and dry it with a kitchen paper towel so that the skin will not break when the fish is fried.

Cut celery into sections, shred onion, onion, and ginger.

Heat a pan, add a little oil to saute the ginger shreds, add yellow croaker.

Slowly fry for 5 minutes on low heat, and fry on both sides; after frying, pour the puning bean paste on the fish.

Put 200ml of cold boiled water, turn to medium heat and cook.

Add onion and celery after the water is boiled

Cover the pot and simmer for about 5 minutes. The yellow croaker has tender meat and is easy to cook. Use chopsticks to stick the back of the fish. If you can poke it through, it means the fish is simmered and cooked.

Sprinkle scallions on it and make it out of the pot!
