Braised Yellow Croaker in Sauce

Remove the scales and wash the yellow croaker.

Add green onions, ginger slices, and cooking wine to the fish.

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for one hour.

Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and pat the garlic with a knife.

Pat the marinated yellow croaker with dry flour on both sides.

Add oil in a hot pan and fry the yellow croaker.

Fry until golden on both sides.

Add onion ginger, garlic, bean paste, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and stir-fry with water and bring to a boil.

Turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
