Bread Crumbs (super Simple Version)

Roll the steamed buns (or bread) into steamed grits (or bread grits)

Pour the steamed grits (or bread grits) into the pan (the pan should be brushed clean and do not have oil), and slowly dry it over a small fire; or directly put it in the sun to dry (you can also dry)

Then use a rolling pin to smash it to pieces.
4.
The top one is toasted and the bottom one is sun-dried.
Tips:
When baking, use a very small fire. The pot must be brushed clean, without oil.
