Stir-fried Steamed Buns with Seasonal Vegetables

Ingredients to prepare steamed buns, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, eggs

Steamed buns, diced green peppers, onions, tomatoes, diced eggs, and beaten with some salt

After the oil is hot, pour in the well-mixed diced steamed buns, stir-fry until golden brown, set it out and set aside

Pour the diced vegetables (onion→tomato→green pepper) in turn, add some salt, pour the light soy sauce into the steamed buns, stir fry evenly, and just take it out
Tips:
It is better to use cold steamed buns, which are easier to cut. My steamed buns are not easily scattered when they are cut out from the greenhouse.
