This is the candied orange peel I made before

Put the ingredients into the bread machine in the order of liquid first, then flour. I used corn oil, which is treated as liquid. It should be noted that the yeast is placed on the top of the flour.

After starting a kneading program, start another kneading program. When the bread machine has 15 minutes left, put an appropriate amount of candied orange peel. According to personal taste, because the candied orange peel is already sweet, so I only I used 30g of sugar. I like to eat something that is not too sweet. If you like sweet bread, you can put 36g of sugar.

It is fermented in a bread machine to twice the size of the dough.

Pour out the dough and vent, divide into four parts and round it,

Take out a portion and roll it into a tongue shape,

Roll up

And so on, four full rolls

Then pick up the rolled dough in the order from first to second, roll out the long strip again, and roll it up again

Roll all four dough

Put in the bread machine at once

Perform secondary fermentation to 2 times the size

Brush egg liquid on the surface

Select the bake button of the bread machine, the color I choose is light, 45 minutes, click the start button, the bread will start to bake,
