Bread Machine Version Brown Sugar Bean Paste Bread

Prepare the materials. According to the principle of putting liquid in the bread machine first, then dry ingredients, water-salt-sugar-egg liquid-milk powder-high-gluten flour-yeast, butter is softened out of the refrigerator and don't put it in the bread machine!

To start the kneading program, I usually use three programs for about an hour. Butter is added when the second program is started, and sesame is added five minutes before the end of the program.

The dough mixing process is finished and fermented for half an hour. Now that the weather is hot, the dough can be fermented on its own without starting the fermentation process. It's OK to expand to twice the size! Then divide into three parts and knead the dough to wake up for 15 minutes, and cover with a damp cloth.

Use a rolling pin to roll into thin slices, evenly spread the red bean paste and roll into a tube shape, pinch the joints tightly. Forgot to take pictures... Mine is the lard bean paste made by myself. The calories are not small but it is really fragrant.

Take off the mixing blade of the bread machine, and put the formed rolls into the bread machine. I usually put the rolls in the middle first and then the two sides, which is more even. Start the fermentation process for one hour, and it will be about 70% to 80% full!

Coat the egg liquid, set a light-colored 750 g and bake for half an hour. If the surface is too dark, you can cover it with tin foil and bake it for the last 10 minutes.
