Bread Machine Version Coconut Bread

Put water and eggs in the bread bucket, and put sugar and salt diagonally.

Add milk powder, flour, and yeast on the top of the flour, and put the bread bucket into the bread machine.

Connect to Alibaba Smart, choose ordinary kneading for 30 minutes. (It will stop mixing the noodles for 10 minutes in the middle, and let it stand for fermentation, which is more conducive to the formation of gluten)

After kneading the dough, let it stand for 5 minutes and then add the cut butter.

Choose regular kneading for 15 minutes.

Select fermentation/thawing for 35 minutes.

Tips:
1. The amount of water depends on the amount of water absorbed by the flour.
2. In summer, it is recommended to use iced eggs and ice water, and open the cover of the bread machine when making the dough.
3. When the dough is fermented, you can cover a damp cloth on the bread bucket, and then cover the bread machine cover.
4. Fermentation time can be shortened in summer, and correspondingly extended in cold weather.
