Bread Machine Version [whole Wheat Bread]
1.
1. Prepare a variety of roasted nuts, raisins, etc. (I used wine-stained black currant, honey red beans, roasted melon seeds, walnuts))
2.
Put all kinds of raw materials except butter into the bread bucket (the yeast is melted in warm milk and then added to the bread machine), and knead it into a uniform dough. (I use the dough mixing function of the bread machine, which takes about 20-30 minutes)
3.
Then add softened butter and knead to the complete stage. Pull the dough apart to get a firmer film. (Restart the kneading program to allow the bread machine to knead for a while until the film comes out)
4.
Let the kneaded dough relax for 30 minutes
5.
Roll the loose dough into a round cake shape, and evenly sprinkle the roasted nuts on top
6.
Roll it up from bottom to top and then knead it slowly.
7.
Divide the dough into three equal parts
8.
Take one part and roll it into an oval shape
9.
Slowly roll up from the bottom up into a spindle shape
10.
Roll it out a second time,
11.
Roll up (thin edge) into a tube shape, pinch the position of the seam
12.
Make three doughs one by one and put them in the bread bucket
13.
Start the fermentation function, and send it to seven or eight minutes full
14.
After the fermentation is complete, select the baking program to bake
15.
After baking, take out the bread bucket immediately, and cool it after demoulding. Be careful not to burn it when taking it out, and wear heat-proof gloves.
