Bread Maker Version Chiffon Cake
1.
Prepare the ingredients. The eggs used here are 60 g each with a shell. The egg whites are separated from the yolks. Note that there should be no egg yolks in the whites. The container and whisk must be free of water and oil.
2.
Add 1 /3 of the fine sugar when whisking the egg whites until thick foaming
3.
Continue to beat until the egg whites are more delicate and add 1/3 of the fine sugar
4.
Continue to beat until lines appear, add the remaining 1/3 of the fine sugar
5.
Continue to beat the egg whites until you lift the egg beater and you will see a small vertical triangle. While beating, turn the egg beater counterclockwise on the left hand side. Pay attention to the egg beater around the egg beater to be fully beaten.
6.
Mix the egg yolks, water, and oil with a whisk
7.
Sift in low-gluten flour

At the same time, turn the egg-beating bowl counterclockwise with your left hand to fully mix the egg white and egg yolk paste (be careful not to scratch when stirring. Stir in circles)
13.

This 6D hot cyclone bread machine makes bread delicious, but I didn’t expect it to be so successful in making chiffon cakes.
