1.

Beat with a manual whisk until there is no oil on the surface and mix well.
3.
Sift in low-gluten flour.
4.
Use cross-cut mixing method to mix until there is no dry powder.
5.

6.
The mixed egg yolk paste.
7.
Add fine sugar to the egg whites and beat until the head of the egg is lifted, and the egg whites can pull out the small pointed hook.
8.
Take 1/3 of the egg white and put it in the egg yolk paste.
9.
Stir evenly using the method of turning and mixing.
10.
After stirring, pour into the remaining egg whites.
11.
Use the same mixing method to mix well.
12.
Put two scoops of cake batter into a small bowl, pour the other cake batter into a 6-inch mold and smooth out the bubbles.
13.
Add an appropriate amount of chocolate sauce to the cake batter in a small bowl, stir evenly, look at the color to your satisfaction, and then put it into a piping bag
14.
Squeeze into a 6-inch cake mold spirally.
15.
Use a toothpick to pull out the flower. (According to my hand-drawn picture, first use a toothpick to pull the red line from the center to the outside, and then use the toothpick to pull the green line from the outside to the center.)
16.
Put it in the bread machine. (I put a shelf in my bread, so that the mold is stable in the bread machine.
17.
Open the smart app on the phone, select the baking menu, and set the time to 38 minutes.
18.
After baking, the cake is ready, take it out immediately and let it cool on the drying net.
19.
After letting cool, take it out from the mold.
Tips:
1. If you don't have chocolate sauce, you can use cocoa powder instead.
2. The baking time of the bread machine needs to be adjusted by yourself due to the difference of the bread machine. My time is for reference only (you will know after doing it once.)
3. Because the space inside the bread machine is relatively small, be careful not to get burned when taking out the cake mold. I used the plate-removing clip to take out the cake mold.
