When I was young, I liked to eat donkeys, and my mother would cook them for us when she had time. Now there is a bread machine, so it's much more convenient to make it with a bread machine.

Bread Maker Version of Red Bean Paste Stuffed Donkey Rolling

1. After washing 400 grams of glutinous rice, add water and soak for 20 minutes.

2. Drain the soaked glutinous rice, and drain the water as much as possible.

3. Pour the glutinous rice into the bucket of the bread machine, add 230 grams of water, and the water level is just below the glutinous rice.

4. Put the bread machine bucket into the bread machine and start the rice cake menu.

5. After 1 hour and 25 minutes, the rice cake program ends, and the rice cake is ready.

6. After the rice cakes are warmed, take the rice cakes out and place them on the silicone mat. The rice cakes are sticky. Wear disposable gloves when you take them out. You can easily take out the rice cakes with a little oil on the gloves. Wear disposable gloves and knead the rice cakes vigorously for a few minutes. If you do this, the donkey will have a chewy texture.

7. After kneading, sprinkle the fried soybean noodles on the silicone mat. Dip the rice cakes with soybean noodles.

8. Roll it into a circle with a rolling pin.

9. Spread the red bean paste evenly on the surface.

10. Roll up into a roll from bottom to top.

11. Cut into small pieces, and the donkey is ready to roll.
