Ready fish and toast

Chop the fish into puree, chop the green onion into mince, and chop garlic into puree.

Add cornstarch, egg white, white pepper, salt, (egg of chicken), minced green onion and garlic to the fish paste and mix well.

Toast cut off four sides

Cut each piece of toast into four small pieces, and spread the stirred fish paste on top.
