Breadmaker Version Black Diamond Toast

Put all the bread ingredients into the bread machine.

Open the smart APP, find the Dongling bread machine, and select the standard bread menu to knead the dough.

When kneading is finished, (when entering fermentation 3, the bread mechanism is cancelled) take out a small piece of dough to check the state of the dough.

After finishing the dough, put it back into the bread machine for basic fermentation of the dough.

Open the smart APP, select the fermentation menu, and set the time to 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, the dough will rise to about twice as large.

Take out the dough to exhaust, and then roll it out with a rolling pin. After turning it over, press the bottom thinly, roll it up from top to bottom, and put it horizontally into the bucket of the bread machine.

Put the bread machine barrel into the bread machine, select the fermentation menu, carry out the second fermentation, and set the time to 30 minutes.

When the bread is fermented for the second time, we start to make the cake liquid. First prepare the materials.

Mix low-gluten flour and cocoa powder through a sieve.

Pour all the white sugar into the egg basin, and put the basin into the warm water basin to beat the eggs.

The egg is beaten until the egg beater is lifted and the egg liquid drips slowly. The traces of the egg liquid in the basin are obvious and do not disappear immediately.

Sift the mixed powder in 3 times.

Stir up from the bottom with a silicone knife to mix the egg batter and flour evenly.

Take a small amount of batter and put it in a bowl of corn oil, stir well, pour it into the batter and mix well.

Remove the bread bucket from the bread machine. (It took me about 25 minutes to make the cake batter)

Pour the mixed cake batter into the bucket of the bread machine.

Move the bread filled with cake batter into the bread machine.

Open the smart APP, select the baking menu, and set the time to 35 minutes.

After 35 minutes, turn on the bread machine and cut the bottom of the bread and sprinkle with almond slices. (You can also sprinkle other dried fruits, this speed should be fast.)

After sprinkling, immediately close the lid of the toaster, select the baking menu, and set the time to 25 minutes to continue baking until cooked.

After baking, turn on the bread machine and insert a toothpick to check whether the cake is cooked.

Slowly tilt the bread out and place it on the drying net to cool.
Tips:
1. The whole egg must be sent in place, and it must be sent until the cake batter does not disappear immediately after the dripping.
2. When mixing flour and cake batter, it should be light to avoid defoaming.
3. In the bread baking process, do not add dried fruit in the middle, the baking time can be about 1 hour at the beginning. Because the bread is different, the baking time is controlled by yourself, and the surface cake is just cooked.
4. Dried fruit can also be added directly to the cake batter.
5. When the bread enters the second fermentation, the eggs should be beaten. The bread is almost fermented when the batter is made.
