Breadmaker Version of Red Bean Paste Toast

Reserve the dough ingredients.

Pour the middle seed ingredients (245g high-gluten flour, 147g water, 4g yeast) into the bread machine.

Knead into a uniform dough.

Fermented to about 4 times the size.

Pour the ingredients other than the butter in the remaining dough ingredients with the well-developed middle seed.

Knead until the gluten spreads and the surface is smooth, add softened butter.

Knead until it is complete, so that a delicate film can be pulled out.

Place in a warm place, cover with plastic wrap and relax for half an hour. After taking out the loosened dough and ventilating, divide it into 4 equal parts, and let it relax for 15 minutes after rounding.

The loosened dough is rolled into a tongue shape, and the bean paste is evenly smeared with filling.

Then roll up.

Pour into the bucket of the bread machine equidistantly. (The mixing head can be removed)

Select the "15 fermentation" function button again, and finally ferment to 8-9 minutes full. Brush the surface evenly with a layer of egg liquid and sprinkle with sesame seeds evenly.

The bread machine selects the "19 baking" function button, and the time is set to about 40 minutes. Remove the mold immediately after baking, and let it cool on the grill.
