Brine Chicken Gizzards

Clean the chicken gizzards and tear off the film on it

Stir-fry the peppercorns over a low heat until it has a fragrant flavor and press into powder. (I used a little red pepper and green pepper)

Mix chicken gizzards with salt and pepper powder, seal and refrigerate for 2 days

Prepare ingredients: 20 grams aniseed (star anise, bay leaf, cassia bark, nutmeg, grass fruit, pepper, pepper)

Add water to the pot, add green onions, ginger slices, aniseed, and cooking wine
6.
Put the chicken gizzards and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove and let cool, cut into small pieces

The cooking time depends on the amount of chicken gizzards.
