Brine Chicken Liver

Soak chicken liver in water and prepare green onion, ginger slices and spices

Put the chicken liver in a pot of cold water, put green onions, ginger slices, and white wine to boil and turn to medium-low heat

White brine: boil the spices and cook for ten minutes

Making white brine: put the rice wine and salt to boil again and turn off the heat

Boil the chicken liver on low heat for 7 to 8 minutes (remove the foam while cooking)

Remove the chicken liver and put it into the white brine

Soak in a cold place for a few hours, dip in vinegar and garlic juice when eating
Tips:
Soak raw chicken liver in clean water for 3 to 4 hours to remove the blood. Boiled chicken liver can be boiled again in white brine and then turn off the heat. Soak in low temperature for a few hours
