Prepare the materials in the picture. Pork intestines, white vinegar, brine juice, brine ingredients

Take a large clean bowl and put it in the large intestine, add an appropriate amount of cornstarch, salt and vinegar and knead by hand, then rinse with water and continue to knead twice

Put the cleaned intestines into the pot in cold water, add some ginger slices, pepper and a spoonful of cooking wine and boil for two minutes
