Brine Pork Ears

Prepare the materials.

Wash the pig's ears. You can roast the skin to remove the fine hairs. Put the ginger in the water, scallion white, boil it for 2 minutes, and then take it out for use.

Refill the pot with water, add spices, ginger slices, and green onions.

Put the pig ears in, pour in the light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.
