Brine Shrimp

Wash the fresh Jiwei prawns you bought back.

Use a toothpick to pick out the mud sausage.
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to a boiling pot, put ginger slices, green onion knots, cooking wine, and salt to a boil.
4.
Put the Jiwei shrimp in, keep boiling water and cook for about three minutes.
5.
Drain and serve.
