Briquette Rice Cake (steamed)

Three raw materials, sticky rice noodles, black sesame powder, and bamboo charcoal powder, are mixed and sieved.

Pour the sifted mixture into the milk and knead it evenly. Add white sugar and knead it evenly.

Fill the mixture with a briquette mold, do not press too hard, and the surface of the mixture will be flat after filling.

Pour a proper amount of water into the steamer and boil, spread a wet cloth on the steamer, use a honeycomb mold to push out the rice cakes on the cloth, and steam on medium heat for 20-25 minutes, then turn off the heat.

1. Before using the honeycomb briquette mold for the first time, clean it with detergent and then unscrew the plastic nut. The remaining part should be boiled in boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Disinfection.
