Brittany Hometown Style Beef Spinach Burrito

Remove the roots of spinach, put the spinach leaves in boiling water, blanch them, cool them in ice water, drain the water and set aside

Take another saucepan, heat over medium heat, add butter until melted

Add beef and stir fry until fully cooked

Sprinkle in a little sea salt and black pepper, stir fry for about 15 seconds, and rise from the pan

Chop the hot spinach

Mix the fried beef cubes and chopped spinach, pour the cheese, and stir well

To make a crepe: First spread a layer of lard on the pan, pour the batter, push it aside to form a crepe, and fry it until it is colored

Cut the colored side of the crepe into squares, then cut in half, brush with egg wash, and roll in the filling

Heat the pan, pour the butter, fry the beef spinach wraps crisply on low heat, cut off and serve
