Broad Bean Cake

Peel off the white layer of the prepared broad beans.

Wash the peeled broad bean rice and steam it in a pot.
3.
Crush the steamed broad bean rice with a spoon.

While the soy rice is still hot, add glutinous rice flour and knead (you can add some hot water during the kneading process).

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot.

Turn the oil heat to low heat, and put the kneaded noodles into the pan and fry.

Fry it until golden on both sides and you can get it out of the pan. When eating, you can add sugar or salt to enhance the flavor.
