Broccoli, Carrot, Mushroom and Shrimp Soup

Map of the required materials. You only need 5 broccoli, 1/3 carrot, 1/2 seafood mushroom. I cook for one person, so I order all the ingredients every time.

Shrimp shells and mud lines, seafood mushrooms are washed and cut off, carrots are peeled and sliced, broccoli is washed, 1 is divided into 2, eggs are plated and fried and set aside

Put oil in the pan, heat the oil with the shrimp shells and shallots, fry the shrimp oil, remove the shrimp shells and shallots

Put carrots and seafood mushrooms in the pot and stir fry

Add hot water to the pot after the seafood mushrooms are out of water.

Bring the water to boil, add broccoli

Then add shrimp

Then add the fried eggs, boil for 2 minutes, add salt, and turn off the heat

Fill a bowl and start eating.
Tips:
Put the prawns in the refrigerator and freeze them into the shells easily.
