Prepare the ingredients. Broccoli, rice, corn, ham, sushi radish, cheese slices, salad dressing, sushi vinegar, seaweed sesame grated.
2.
Cut the corn kernels first.
3.
Boil water in a pot, add corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes, remove and set aside.

Blanch the broccoli again for 1 minute. Scoop out and set aside.

Dice the ingredients and set aside.
6.
Sushi rice can be steamed with rice and glutinous rice in advance, and the ratio is about 5:1. This kind of rice has viscosity and is very delicious.
7.
Pour some sushi vinegar on the rice and sprinkle it evenly on the rice.
8.
Use a spoon to mix the rice and sushi vinegar evenly.
9.
Put all the prepared ingredients into the rice.
10.
Put on some salad dressing and put on gloves to stir the rice balls evenly.
11.
The rice ball is ready, and you can start making different shapes.
12.
What I made today was a round rice ball, which was reunited and compacted one by one and placed on a plate.
13.
The rice balls made one by one are colorful and beautiful.
14.
Cut the cheese slices into quarters and place 1/4 slices on the round sushi.
15.
The rice ball covered with cheese slices looks like this.
16.
Squeeze a small circle of sweet salad dressing on the rice ball.
17.
Sprinkle some seaweed and sesame seeds on the sweet salad dressing.
18.
Fold a piece of seaweed sushi in half and cut into small pieces. Place small pieces of sushi nori on the plate.
19.
Place the prepared rice balls on the seaweed, which is both beautiful and easy to eat. A plate of chubby broccoli cheese rice balls is ready, with some sushi soy sauce and salad dressing, and enjoy the food slowly.
Tips:
1. The nutrition contained in a rice ball is considerable, and friends can freely mix and match their favorite seasonal vegetables. 2. My rice is not sushi rice. The rice steamed with a 5:1 ratio of rice to glutinous rice has a similar taste to sushi rice, and it tastes great! 3. Squeeze some salad dressing on the cheese slices in order to fix the top part of the sesame seeds, which will not slip off if they are stuck. 4. When mixing rice and sushi vinegar, be sure to use a rice spoon to stir vertically, so that the rice will not be crushed and the shape of the rice grains will not be damaged.
