Broccoli Rice Ball

The rice is cooked and scattered with chopsticks, the broccoli is washed and blanched, the green crown of the stem is removed and the velvet green crown is chopped, and some pork floss is prepared.

Pour some sushi vinegar in the rice and mix well. Adjust the amount of sushi vinegar according to the amount of rice. I probably poured a spoonful of sushi vinegar.

Add the chopped broccoli to the rice and stir well

Spread the rice flat on your hands, put some pork floss in the middle (you can also wrap other favorite ingredients), it is best to wear disposable kitchen gloves, otherwise it is very sticky, and then cover with some rice to wrap it up. Just hand reunion and compaction is enough, forgive me for not taking the picture of making rice balls, I only have two hands, wow, both of them are making rice balls.
