Broccoli Salad

Pick the broccoli into small flowers, leaving part of the stalk when picking.

In a plate, put broccoli, add 1/3 tsp of salt and 1/3 tsp of pepper, mix well.

Put water in a pot to boil, steam for 5-7 minutes or cut off raw, after steaming, let cool, mix with 2 tablespoons of chili oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, ready for consumption.
Tips:
Seasonings can be freely combined, you can add some minced garlic, sesame sauce, pepper oil, aged vinegar, and vinegar.
