Broccoli Stalks with Golden Needles

Remove the head of broccoli. Only the stems are left.

Wash all the ingredients and shred them, put them in a pot and blanch them together. After the enoki mushrooms are boiled for about 3-4 minutes, add broccoli stalks and or radishes, and you can get them out in half a minute. Then drain with cold water.

Add appropriate amount of salt, sesame oil and other seasonings and mix well.

Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
Tips:
1. The enoki mushrooms should be boiled for a longer time, otherwise there will be toxins
2. Add oil and mix the vegetables first, and then add salt and other seasonings to effectively prevent excessive water from the vegetables and affect their appearance.
3. When blanching, dripping some oil in the pot will make the blanched vegetables look better.
