Oyster sauce is one of my favorite seasonings. I like the thick feeling of oyster sauce, so that now, in addition to green vegetables, I like to put some in every dish, especially for barbecue vegetables, only marinated in oyster sauce. I think it's delicious!

Tips:

1. Don't fry seafood mushrooms for too long, so put carrots first.
2. Oyster sauce is very salty, so no more salt.
