Vegetables in Oyster Sauce

Wash the seafood mushrooms and cut them into diagonal slices. Carrots are also cut into diagonal slices.

Cut the broccoli stalks into the same slices. Heat in the oil pan and stir-fry the carrots for a while until the carrots slightly change color

Pour the seafood mushrooms and broccoli stalks into the right amount of water, cook until the juice is collected, add the oyster sauce and stir well, then it is out of the pot
Tips:
1. Don't fry seafood mushrooms for too long, so put carrots first.
2. Oyster sauce is very salty, so no more salt.
