Broccoli is rich in vitamin C, rich in minerals, and has the effect of delaying aging. You can't waste any of such good ingredients. Broccoli flowers are already in the dish. The remaining flower stems are fried with enoki mushrooms that can inhibit blood sugar, lower cholesterol and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Carrots that improve eyesight are also a refreshing, intestinal cleansing, low-oil, low-fat health-care delicacy.
