Flammulina Velutipes

Cut off the roots of the enoki mushroom, wash and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

Wash broccoli stems and carrots.

Peel and cut broccoli stems and carrots into silk.

Stir-fry enoki mushrooms.
9.

Tips:
This dish is light and refreshing, and it is not advisable to add condiments with heavy colors and flavors.
