Broccoli with Garlic and Oyster Sauce

Wash the broccoli and tear off small pieces.

Put water in a pot, add salt and oil, and blanch broccoli.

Put oil in the pot and stir-fry the garlic.

Stir-fry the broccoli after pouring in the blanching water.

Add the right amount of oyster sauce.
