Broccoli with Lotus Root

Ingredients.

Pick the broccoli florets and soak them in salt water and wash them off.

Peel and dice lotus root.
4.
Boil water, drip some oil, add broccoli and blanch until cooked.

Add lotus root and blanch it.

Add the blanched vegetables to the bowl.

Add the mashed garlic.
8.
Add a pinch of salt.
9.
Add the cold soy sauce.
10.
Add sesame oil.

Mix well and put on a dish.
Tips:
When blanching vegetables, drip some vegetable oil to make the vegetables brighter.
