Brown Sugar and Black Rice Pudding
1.
Take the black rice noodles and white flour and stir well!
2.
Yeast and baking powder are dissolved in warm water (use one-half of the water)
3.
The remaining half of the warm water melts the brown sugar!
4.
Pour the flour into the brown sugar water, yeast water, and stir evenly with chopsticks! Add eggs, flax oil and stir well
5.
That's it for thin consistency
6.
Grease the bottom of the bowl, sprinkle the dried fruits and raisins!
7.
Pour in the batter, when the hair is half big, steam it in the pot (I forgot to take a picture when it is good), it will be ready in about 20 minutes
8.
The batter will be boiled and steamed in a pot for 30 minutes. (Just turn off the heat for about a minute)
9.
After steaming, take it out to cool and buckle it out (it’s easy to buckle it out when it’s cold)
10.
The brown sugar-flavored rice cake is the first time I have made it. It tastes good! ! !
Tips:
Don't make the batter too hard, the softer the better! As long as the hair cake is dried well, it is easy to come out!
