Brown Sugar and Red Date Hair Cake

Block or powdered brown sugar can be used. Put it in a bowl and add 100 grams of hot water.

Melt the brown sugar in hot water and let it dry to below 40 degrees. Add 3 grams of yeast and let it stand for 5 minutes to melt.
