Brown Sugar Black Rice Porridge-braised Beaker Version
1.
All ingredients except red dates and brown sugar should be washed thoroughly and soaked in clean water overnight.
2.
Red beans and peanuts are hard to cook, so put them in a pot and cook for a few minutes. Preheat the braising pot between cooking, pour boiling water into the braising pot, and close the lid tightly.
3.
Pour out the preheated water and pour the cooked ingredients into the braising pot
4.
Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, add hot water, and close the lid tightly.
5.
Put the ingredients into the braising pot the night before, and you can drink it the next morning. The hot brown sugar and black rice porridge is still a bit hot.
Tips:
The braising pot needs to be preheated. The ingredients and the braising pot are preheated together to shorten the cooking time. If you don’t make hard-to-cook ingredients such as peanuts and red beans, you don’t need to cook the ingredients directly with boiling water and you can simmer them.
