Brown sugar buns are fragrant and sweet, especially for children!

Brown Sugar Buns

1. Add brown sugar to hot water, stir to melt, let cool

2. Chopped red dates

3. After the brown sugar water cools, pour it into the flour

4. Add in red dates, yeast and knead into a smooth dough

5. Fermented to double size

6. Divide into 8 portions and round

7. Ferment again for half an hour, then medium heat, steam for 20 minutes

Tips:

After steaming, turn off the heat for 3 minutes before removing the lid
