Brown Sugar Egg Yolk Biscuits
1.
All the ingredients are spare
2.
First use a manual whisk to beat the butter that has softened at room temperature evenly, chop the brown sugar cubes with a knife, add salt to the butter, and mix well
3.
Add oil, mix well, then sift in low flour and corn starch
4.
Add egg yolk
5.
Roughly mix the oil and powder with a spatula
6.
Grab and knead the oil and powder evenly into a dough
7.
Place the dough on the chopping board and gently knead it into a strip
8.
Use a scraper to divide it into equal parts
9.
Knead the dough into a ball with your hands, place it on a baking tray, leave a gap in the middle, and squash the ball with a fork
10.
Preheat the oven, put the baking tray in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes
11.
Cool after being out of the oven and store in a fresh-keeping bag
Tips:
1. Cut the brown sugar into coarse particles, don't cut too much, keep a little grainy;
2. The balls are reunited slightly by hand to prevent the biscuits from falling apart when pressed with a fork.
