Brown Sugar Ginger and Jujube Paste

Peel the ginger and cut into pellets.

Cut the red dates into small pieces and remove the pits.

Pour all into a casserole, add brown sugar and about 500 grams of water. After the big fire is boiled, turn to a low fire.
