Brown Sugar Ginger Dipping Milk

Put less water in the cooking machine to make the ginger smash into juice! I forgot to take pictures in the cooking machine step. I used a filter to filter out the ginger juice after whipping and crushing.

The filtered juice is placed directly in the container

Put the milk in the brown sugar that you like the sweetness and put it in the pot, cook until it is hot but don’t boil

After cooking, the brown sugar milk is cooled to a temperature that is not hot, about 70 degrees, and then pour it into the ginger ware before, don’t stir it, let it solidify for more than 5 minutes.

The effect of my resting for more than 5 minutes, no one else is as thick as old yogurt! But it tastes good
Tips:
1. Remember to add water when putting it in the food processor, not too much 20ml is enough
2. I divided this ginger juice into two bowls. If it is in one bowl, I think it will be better if it is set
