Brown Sugar Gingerbread
1.
After the butter has melted at room temperature, add sun-dried flour, soda powder, and ginger powder, and knead it into a fine breadcrumb-like dough.
2.
Add brown sugar and knead together evenly.
3.
Add the honey water to the eggs and beat them evenly.
4.
Add the prepared honey water to the flour, knead it into a smooth and soft dough, and keep it in the refrigerator for one hour.
5.
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a moderately thick dough sheet, press out the shape with a mold, and place it in a baking tray.
6.
Preheat the oven at 190°C for 5 minutes. Put the middle layer on the baking tray and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Take it out and let it cool and you can eat it. The taste is sweet, rich and delicious.
Tips:
It is more perfect to replace brown sugar with powdered sugar. The fine powdered sugar is easier to mix with flour. It is necessary to put non-stick paper in the baking tray, not only to prevent the biscuits from sticking to the baking tray, but also to slightly insulate the biscuits. The bottom of the biscuits will not stick. This is the simplest way of gingerbread. If you are interested, you can try it.
