Brown Sugar Jujube Cake

Put flour, corn flour, yeast, and baking soda together in a basin, and prepare brown sugar cubes (including jujube grains).

Pour water in a pot on a low heat to melt the brown sugar. When the brown sugar water becomes warm, slowly pour it into the flour and corn flour, and stir to form a thick batter.

Leave in a warm place to ferment for 1 hour to 1:30.

Brush the oil in the small bowl and pour the fermented batter into the small bowl.

Put it in a steamer, cover on medium heat and steam for 30 minutes.

Steamed brown sugar jujube cake.

Cut into pieces and serve in a bowl.
