Brown Sugar Lotus Root Powder

Ingredients: lotus root flour, brown sugar

Pour lotus root flour into a bowl

Add brown sugar

Brown sugar is easy to clump, press it with a spoon to open

Add cold water, stir well, no dry powder, no lumps of brown sugar.

Boil water in a pot

Tips:
The lotus root powder must be boiled with cold water first, and then brewed with boiling water, stirring while flushing. The amount of brown sugar is added according to my liking, and the amount I gave is slightly sweet.
