Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookies

Prepare ingredients and portions.

Prepare a clean bowl with no water, add instant oatmeal, low-gluten flour, brown sugar powder, milk powder, salt and black sesame seeds.

Simply mix the ingredients in the basin.

Add corn oil and water to the ingredients and put on disposable gloves to mix the ingredients into a dough. The dough is a bit sticky but not wet.

Tips:
1. If the dough is wet, you can add a little flour appropriately. If the dough is too dry and does not form a dough, add some water. The water absorption of flour and oatmeal is different, so adjust it flexibly.
