Brown Sugar Raisin Hair Cake
1.
Brush a little salad oil in the glass bowl. (You can also put oil paper on the bottom)
2.
Melt the brown sugar with hot water and wait for it to cool slightly
3.
The yeast is melted by adding water.
4.
Sift the low flour and add the raisins (I use raisins to be more moist, if yours is dry, it is recommended to soak in rum)
5.
Add brown sugar water and yeast water, mix well and knead into a dough.
6.
Spread the brown sugar dough flat in the bowl and level the surface.
7.
Ferment the dough in a warm place to 2 times its size.
8.
High heat in the microwave oven for 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
9.
Baked
Tips:
1. The amount of water depends on the water absorption of the flour.
2. It is recommended to make the cakes and eat them now, as they will taste hard when eaten cold.
This recipe uses a Midea microwave oven, the model is EG720KG3-NR1, the capacity is 20L, and the power is 700W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own microwave oven.
