Wash the black rice and soak for more than 4 hours.

Pour the water for soaking black rice into the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and turn on the porridge cooking mode. The porridge cooking process of my home appliance rice cooker is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Do not add water during the cooking process, otherwise the consistency will be greatly reduced.
