Brown Sugar Sesame Pie
1.
First take 150 grams of flour, add 1.5 grams of baking powder, add 120 grams of water and stir to form a thick batter, as shown in the picture. Cover it for fermentation. It can be fermented in cold storage or at room temperature.
2.
After the batter is fermented, the inside becomes a net.
3.
Add the remaining 150 grams of flour, and then add an appropriate amount of milk (add a small amount each time) to form a smooth, soft dough, cover it, and ferment it. Generally, it is almost 1.5 times as big as half an hour in hot weather. If it is winter, you can add a small amount of baking powder.
4.
The prepared cooked sesame powder, brown sugar, and cooked cake powder are mixed well to form the black sesame and brown sugar filling.
5.
The fermented dough is kneaded again to be smooth and cut into pieces. If the dough is too soft, it will stick to your hands. You can prepare some dry powder or apply a little oil on your hands.
6.
Take a pasta and roll it out, put an appropriate amount of brown sugar and black sesame filling, close the mouth, and squeeze it gently.
7.
Wrap the pie and let it sit for 15-20 minutes for a second haircut. It is softer than frying directly.
8.
Add a small amount of edible oil to the pan, put in the pie, add a small amount of water to one-third of the pie, this is the oil-water frying method, adding water can keep its moisture from losing, and the fried pie is declared Soft but not hard.
9.
It has a great taste and rich nutrition.
