Brown Sugar Triangle Bag

Yeast and granulated sugar are dissolved in warm water.

Pour the yeast water into the flour to form a smooth dough, and cover with plastic wrap.

Mix 50 grams of brown sugar with 16 grams of cake flour.

Knead the dough again and divide it into 6 equal portions, each of which is about 50 grams. The unprocessed dough must be covered with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.

Roll out into a round dough with a little thickness, don't roll too thin, put in the filling.

Put it on the steamer, add warm water to the steamer, and let it rise for about 30 minutes.

It can be steamed only when the triangular bag is obviously larger after proofing. According to the actual situation of the triangular bag, the proofing time can be appropriately increased. Turn the heat to high, turn to mid-range when the water is boiled, and steam for 10 minutes.
