Brown Sugar Walnut Cookies

Mix butter, caster sugar, and brown sugar until slightly whitish.

Add the whole egg and stir until fully emulsified.

Add the sifted low powder and mix well.

Add the crushed walnuts.
5.
Place it in a mold for shaping, refrigerate for 3 hours, or freeze for half an hour.

Cut into 0.5 cm pieces.

The middle layer of the oven is heated at 170 degrees and the lower at 160 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
