Original Cookies with Clear Patterns
1.
The butter is softened at room temperature until your fingers can easily press the mark.
2.
First push the butter away with a whisk (no need to start the whisk), then add the powdered sugar to the butter.
3.
Choose the lowest level of the whisk, and beat until the butter and powdered sugar are fully integrated and slightly whitish.
4.
Then add the egg yolk and continue to beat evenly at the lowest level.
5.
Add the sifted low-gluten flour in three times. Use a silicone spatula to draw a "1" to mix the ingredients evenly. After adding the flour for the last time, mix until 90% is even (you can still see a small amount of flour).
6.
Put the batter into a piping bag, and use a spatula to arrange the dough (this action can make the flour mix evenly).
7.
Use an 8-tooth chrysanthemum mouth to squeeze out your favorite pattern on the baking sheet.
8.
The oven should be heated at 150℃, preheated for 10 minutes in advance, and the cookies need to be baked for 30 minutes.
9.
After baking, take it out and cool it, and store it in a sealed place at room temperature!
