Brownie Glaze Cake

Put milk, vegetable oil, 40 grams of caster sugar, and salt into the container.

Stir well and sift into low-gluten flour.

Then stir until the powder has no particles.

Put the egg whites into the steel bowl.

Add 60 grams of caster sugar while stirring.

Beat until the egg whites are stiffly foamed. It takes 6 minutes. But the egg whites have been beaten a bit, so I will adjust the time next time.

Tips:
I used 2 6-inch cake molds. The cake batter is a bit too full, so I can divide it into three molds.
